RJL Workflow Studio

A workbench for examining how AI-assisted work moves from source evidence to a reviewed result.

We are developing two demonstration workflows: claims preparation and work-in-progress billing. Guided previews use synthetic data; hosted client accounts are not available yet.

Two practical examples

See the work, the evidence and the decision.

Claims preparation

Inspect a preparation packet alongside the case sources and procedure used to draft it. Review citations and revisions before deciding whether the packet is ready.

The examiner retains responsibility for case decisions. This demonstration does not make claim payments.

Work-in-progress billing

Review eligible work and code-calculated amounts, then examine a frozen version and its approval record before an accounting action.

The QuickBooks Online sandbox connector requires configuration and acceptance testing. Production accounting writes are outside this preview.

Inside a walkthrough

Follow a task from evidence to review.

  1. Choose a scenario

Start with a synthetic case or billing example and the task it is meant to support.

  2. Inspect the sources

Check what information supports the draft and where a reviewer needs more evidence.

  3. Review a version

Compare changes and examine what needs a fresh approval when the draft changes.

  4. Examine the run record

Follow the task status and review history, including the conditions for a sandbox action.

A look inside the development preview

Check what supports the answer.

A reviewer selects a claim, opens the frozen source passage and records any missing or conflicting evidence. Open concerns block acceptance until they are resolved; rejection remains available.

Reviewers can download a readable packet containing the draft, frozen source evidence, concerns, decisions and recorded accounting actions. The packet can be printed to PDF; it is a snapshot, rather than a live approval record.

Before you request a preview

What is available today?

A guided development demonstration. The hosted sign-in and provider connections still need setup and verification before client access opens.

Can I bring my own documents?

Please discuss the use case first. Do not send customer records, personal data, credentials or confidential documents through this request form.

Does this replace Ontology Studio?

No. Ontology Studio remains available for building and exporting business vocabularies. Workflow Studio examines how a task is prepared, reviewed and recorded.

Can it update our accounting system?

The first integration is intended for QuickBooks Online sandbox testing with human approval. A configured, verified connection is required; production access follows a separate pilot review.
