Richard White spent his executive career sitting in the seats that AI strategy usually gets designed around rather than with — leading technology, data, and security functions across enterprise organizations, with senior roles spanning Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Information Officer responsibilities.

That range shapes how RJL Solution works. Data strategy, security posture, and technology delivery are typically owned by three different functions inside a large enterprise, each with its own incentives and its own definition of "done." Most AI initiatives don't fail on ambition — they fail in the seams between those functions, when a strategy that looked sound on paper runs into a security review it wasn't designed for, or a data foundation that can't support the use case it's meant to power.
