Offering · Fractional and advisory leadership
Senior data and AI leadership, on a retainer.
For firms that need a chief data and AI officer’s judgment without a full-time hire, for executives and boards who want an independent senior voice, and for investors who need to know what a company’s data and AI are worth.

- It ends with your decision
- Renew, change tier, or hand over to your permanent leader.
- Fee
- Monthly retainer, stated in a written proposal before you commit.
Three retainers
Sized to what you need now, and changed as that changes.
A few days a month
Advisor
For executives and boards with a data leader in place. Monthly working sessions, an independent review before major releases and investments, and preparation for board, examiner or audit questions.
About a day a week
Fractional
For firms without a chief data and AI officer. Owns the roadmap and governance, chairs the data and AI steering group, makes vendor and platform calls, and reports to the executive team and board.
About two days a week
Fractional plus
For a transformation, an acquisition or a major build. Everything in Fractional, plus hands-on leadership of the first agent builds, team design, and hiring the permanent leader.
Days are a guide, agreed in the proposal. You can move between retainers at the end of any month after the first three.
The first 90 days
Judged on value delivered, not systems delivered.
Business units keep ownership of their data. The role sets the standards, the decision rights and the accountability, and earns its mandate with visible results.
Weeks 1 to 4
Learn the business
How the firm makes money, where its own data gives it an advantage, and which decisions are slowed or put at risk by data and AI today.
Weeks 5 to 8
Start two or three wins
Achievable, visible results with named owners, chosen so each one also leaves a reusable product or control behind.
Weeks 9 to 13
Agree how value is measured
A baseline and measures the executive team accepts, a roadmap they can fund, and the mandate and decision rights the role needs.
For investors
Know what the data and AI are worth, before and after the deal.
Before a deal: data and AI due diligence. What the data is worth, what the AI claims rest on, what it will cost to fix, and who can run it.
After a deal: a value plan for data and AI, a fractional leader in the companies that need one, and patterns the portfolio can reuse instead of rebuilding.
